"IMPORTANT" Please Read. You must be 16.5 years before the day of registration. You must present the following at the time of your registration appointment: Payment of $219.00 in the form of credit card, debit card, money order, or personal check. High school diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma or Reading Placement Test scores. Current BLS card. You may register to take the class at (919)-209-2522 if you are not certified (must complete by first day of class). Two forms of matching ID (photo driver's License and signed, non-laminated social security card.
